Still, We Rise Mission Statement

My mission is to support and empower individuals in this messed up world we live in.  There is never a one-size-fits-all recovery with our mental health and addiction.  I'm here to show you that is possible to Rise from the ashes and have a very different life that you love because I have done it!

My goal is to help others find coping skills that work for them, resources for financial help, food, etc.  I want each and every person in this world to feel supported and empowered where they are in life.  I meet you where you are at and create a plan together.  Plans change and that means we have to navigate this.  Change is hard, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming.  

I want to show you that you deserve to love yourself and you deserve to have a happy and fulfilling life.  

If you are currently in therapy and/or recovery, I can help guide you through your "homework" from your therapist and/or sponsor.  I do this by sharing my own experiences and what it was that worked for me.  From there we will brain storm ideas that may work for you.

Work or personal problems usually begin improving as you find healthy coping skills.
